Thank you for shopping with Carol’s Creations by Carol Purvis. Below you will find information about our order processing times, shipping options, & delivery expectations.

Order Processing Time

All items are made to order. Orders typically ship within 14-21 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders placed after 12 PM will begin processing the next business day.

During holidays, launches, or high-volume sales, processing times may be extended. 

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout.

Current shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping Method – USPS Ground Advantage

• Priority Shipping

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping if applicable.

Delivery Time Estimates

Once your order has shipped, typical delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier & are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier &/or weather.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number sent to the email you used at checkout.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once the carrier scans the package.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time we ship to the United States only.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Douglas, GA.

Customers who select local pickup at checkout will receive an email when their order is ready along with pickup instructions.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at carolscreationsbycarolpurvis@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery & include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting your local post office to check delivery details and GPS coordinates.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Carol’s Creations by Carol Purvis is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
