At Carol’s Creations by Carol Purvis, all of our items are made to order just for you! Because each product is custom created when your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, color selection, or buyer’s remorse.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us 💛

If there is an error with your order due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect design, or a defective product), we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.

To Qualify for a Replacement:

• You must contact us within 1 day of receiving your order

• Please include your order number

• Provide clear photos showing the issue with the item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement item will be made and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
